About Fourways Coaching Culture Club
We are one a an ever expanding network of Coaching Culture Clubs. (To read all about Coaching Culture Clubs click the "Home" tab in the main menu above.) This club launched on 18th January 2017.
Sports-people reach success through a coach. Top business people have coaches. Successful in life is enhanced by a coach. As Michael Coyle, co-founder of Coaching Culture Clubs says: "People go to a life coach for assistance with a life problem; the coaching resolves the problem but the person's life has not changed because the foundation of their life was not changed. When the foundation of their life changes through coaching their life problems resolve themselves."

The Registration Fee is paid to Coaching Culture Clubs Head Quarters and includes the first two Journals ('Personal Development Journal' and the 'Basic Coaching Skills Journal'). *The Registration fee must be paid together with the first months membership fee to receive the first two Journals.
The monthly club fees will be invoiced quarterly and may be paid in one payment or in 3 monthly payments. Fees must be up to date before the first club meeting of each month.
Note: Fees may be increased without notice. (These fees are applicable to Fourways Coaching Culture Club and are not standard across all Coaching Culture Clubs.)
John-Peter GernaatClub owner and facilitatorJohn-Peter brings 22 years of corporate experience, managing and developing people and process outcomes. He worked in the diamond mining industry as a geologist where he managed projects that determined the viability of new ore bodies and the extension of existing mines. He managed departments and laboratories for the analysis of diamond samples and he project managed the building of a new laboratory for world-wide diamond sampling.
John-Peter uses his experience to coach entrepreneurs to improve their business processes. He is also a communications and speaking coach having qualified as a Distinguished Toastmaster and he is a laughter coach helping people overcome the crippling effects of stress. |
The club invites one visitor per meeting only. The visitor will experience the coaching culture of the club during the visit.
Prospective visitors will be invited to attend a club. The Coaching Culture Club programme and culture will be explained briefly at the beginning of the club meeting and your questions will be answered. |

A Coaching Culture Club is a group of people who meet on a regular basis to work on their personal growth.
Each club is owned and run by a qualified and trained facilitator.
People who join a club become members of the club. Members of the club have access to a choice of quality programmes developed by experienced coaches and the power of the group mind-set which gives instant feedback and suggestions for further growth.
Belonging to a Coaching Culture Club takes you on a journey of discovery and growth.
The club culture is a coaching culture. This means the environment of the club is supportive, encouraging and trusting. The culture is one of accountability, responsibility and is forward-focused.
Each club is owned and run by a qualified and trained facilitator.
